In this performance, live video was fed from the infrared night vision eyetap/wearcam to the projector, with an update rate of approx. 10fps, together with a color picture captured from a wearable camera made to look like a camera, including a flash light source. The flash served as an annunciator, to indicate clearly that a picture was being taken. The text "CAMERAS REDUCE CRIME..." was used. The performance began in a series of shops, resturants, malls, and the like, and ended on Queen Street as with past performances.

Department store staff objected to seeing live video captured within their shop, so we offered to cover up our wearable television sets with paper, so that it would no longer bother them:

Then we went to Roots, where objections were raised. Someone from within Roots came out to photograph us, and discussed his trip to Guatemala. He felt that our cameras were hostile and surveillance cameras were benevolent. He felt our cameras were a violation of privacy but surveillance cameras are not a violation of privacy. He also doubted wearable cameras would help much in Guatemala because he thought the perpetrators of violence were like animals (e.g. would be unaffected by the accountability the cameras might offer)
